Questions and Answers
What is the difference between psychotherapy and coaching?
Psychotherapy is mental health treatment, usually to help a person recover from a diagnosable mental illness. Coaching is skills building aimed at helping a person achieve a desired goal.
Does a mental health diagnosis exclude me from coaching?
No. However, there are times when mental health symptoms are so pervasive that it would be hard to provide life- coaching without addressing the mental health symptoms. I will provide you with either psychotherapy or a referral for psychotherapy, if that is what you need before starting coaching.
What is the cost?
All services are $50 per session.
Do you take insurance?
I currently accept Blue Cross and Blue Shield.

Why do you offer psychotherapy in Indiana, when you live in Texas?
